Hanix H27 info wanted

I recently purchased a Hanix H27 compact excavator to do some clean up and trenching on my small farm. I know it is a grey market machine and it’s kind of beat-up but for the most part it seems to work good other that the backfill blade won't hold down pressure.

I am having a hard time finding any information about it, like where to buy parts, and manuals, and such. I am pretty sure the problem with the blade is in the control valve but, I don’t know where to look for rebuild kits. Price was the main reason I got this machine, but I am worried I may have bought a big headache.

Any help would greatly be appreciated, not only with tracking down parts but also any other pointers for owning a mini-ex.

Tb 035 final drive issue

My final drive started grinding and then something sheared off before we could get it loaded. It had grease packed in it.....so someone half assed something in it before I guess. I can't get plate off that has the drain plugs in it. But I can see gears in there flopping around. Anyone have a parts diagram of this drive?? I have searched net and can't find anything. Thanks !

Hey everyone,

First HEF post here! I have been reading the forums for the last few weeks, and I have to say that this is a great community of knowledgeable and friendly people!

So I'm in the market to buy a new Mini Excavator around 10,000 - 12,000lbs. I know every machine is expensive to buy and operate, but I just want to see what would be the best bet regarding machine to general cost of ownership ratio. I'll probably be owning this machine for at least 5 years.

We would be using this machine for small excavation jobs, concrete demo with a hammer, and concrete removal with bucket and claw.

Since it's the end of the year many of the manufacturers are offering 0% or low interest financing so I'm trying to buy this machine in the next week or so.

After countless hours of research and dealership visits, I've narrowed my choices down to the Kubota KX57, Bobcat E50, Case CX 50B or 55B, and the CAT 305.5 E CR. All dealerships are within 1 hour drive of me.

I'm right now leaning towards the Kubota KX57. It is the cheapest machine out of all the machines I got quotes on. It is about $6,000 less than the Bobcat and Case, and at least $10,000 cheaper then the CAT, and Kubota is offering no payments until April 2013 and 0% financing for 5 years.

I was quoted on each of these machines with the following options. Cab with Heat/AC, Angle Front Blade, Rubber Tracks, 24" bucket, Hydraulic Thumb, and Quick Bucket Coupler.

I was curious out of those machines, how are the prices for parts and service? Who are the most expensive/least expensive for parts? I would consider the Bobcat, Case, or CAT, in that order, even though the machine is $6,000-$10,000 more up front if the machine will cost less in the long run.

Right now though, Kubota would be my pick considering the initial cost, 0% for 5 years, and also no payments until April. The no payment until April is definitely a plus for me. I don't have the work for the machine right now, but I will have a couple of jobs starting right around then.

Error Code 21-02 BobCat 425 Mini Excavator

Hi everyone hope that u have all been well I have another issue with my my bobcat 425 excavator it is coming up with this error code 21-02 which is 2102 Glow Plug Error On anyone have any advise on how I can over come & fix this issue? thanking u all in advance for any assistance u may be able to render thanx frank

mm30 mitsubishi

Hello all,

Just acquired a 1994 mm30b and have a couple of problems. Am having trouble figuring out how to remove the right console top that houses the gauges and idiot lights. I took the 4 screws out of the plastic top but it refuses to move enough to see under it. Did not want to force and tear up something. My charging light bulb is out and I am trying to get to it to replace it. Also how does the glow plug circuit work. Is it manual or automatic. Not getting voltage to the glow plugs now. Thought some of you may have a similar mitsubishi. Does any one know a source for service manuals and parts?

Final drive question....Again! Komatsu PC30-5

Well, I salvaged all the good parts between the two HY-DASH drives that I had, so I could assemble one that works. After careful cleaning and inspection, assembly and installation, it seems to move forward/reverse smoothly and quietly. I'm thinking, I'll put the track back on and see what happens. Wrestled the thing in place, tightened the grease fitting and pumped it up till I had the recommended clearance from the bottom roller. Drove it around easy like to get it back to the shop. Closer to the tools and easier to work on. Changed all the filters, topped off all the liquids and everything is good. That was until today...As I was moving about grading some fill, I happened to notice the recently re-installed track looked a little loose. Sure enough it was and added a few more pumps to readjust, then back to work. After an hour or so, I'm hearing sounds from the drive I don't like and get out to inspect. Nothing obvious or remarkable until I put my hand on the casing. Expected it to be a little warm as I'd been running it for a couple hours. Not just warm, but borderline hot. Checked the other side for comparison. Just warm. Crawled underneath to feel the pumps, warm again. Could I have overtightened my track? Would that create an overheating condition? I'm going to drain the oil in the morning to see if theres any bits that come out. I could use some help with this as I don't want to destroy another final drive. Thanks for looking.

Kx91-3 hydraulic pressure relief valve

Found out I have a stuck pressure relief valve. Can anybody give any kind of instructions on how to just clean the relief valve, like do I have to take the whole control valve apart to do this or can you just take the relief valve apart and clean it? Any thoughts on this will be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, I recently purchased a 2006 John Deere 27d everything works great but the two speed function won't work.The button works and the light lights up on the display but travel speed won't increase. Any help would be appreciated.

parts for mitsubishi mini's

Anyone have a source for hydraulic filters/other parts for a 94 model mm30b. I do not have any numbers as they had worn off the filters that came out. Have tried NAPA, Carquest, Catapillar, and one Mitsubishi wheel tractor dealer in Memphis. No one can find these filters even by dimensions. They both are cartridge type filters. I had to wash them out with gas best I could and reuse them. Farmerboy gave me what he had for the mm 55 machine and even that part number was not good at the Cat place. Seems like someone in the USA would carry parts. I understand some of the parts that fit the Cat equivilant of Mitsubishi mini's will work but I did not have any luck with the hydraulic filters. The parts man even called and had a friend in a bigger dealership pull the filter we thought was the same and measure it and it did not fit.

Hi I need a wiring schematic for a Hitachi ZAXIS 35U with auto idle. Previous owner cut harness and added a toggle switch to get it to work, the owner wants it original. Hitachi dealer sent me a parts brake down but it doesn't include or show what we have. Our auto idle doesn't work right and I need to know how to rewire. Thank you.

CAT 304.5 - Will not shut off - Bad alternator?

I have a CAT 304.5 with a odd problem. Sometimes it will not shut off. I've tried disconnecting every relay, the ignition switch, just about every other thing I could find. At first I had to stop it by pulling wire to the fuel shutoff, then I figured out the circuit breaker to the console would stop it, and finally if I pull the bulb to the alternator light that will do it.

I'm thinking that my alternator is bad, and that somehow, when it's running it sends enough power back through the bulb to keep the main power relay energized.

Before I spend a couple hundred on a new alternator, does this sound right?

Volvo ECR28- anybody have first hand experience?

I'm looking to replace my little EC15 with a 2.5 ton mini. I've found a Volvo ECR28 that's reasonably priced that would suite my needs. However, it's a 10 hr drive away and I've never sat in one. It specs out as lower performing than the ec25, but I think there's a benefit to having the zero tail swing. I'm 6'5" and a little apprehensive about the cabin dimensions on zero tail swing machines. I rented a yanmar vio25 the other day(which was a real dog due to the fact that the main relief pressure was turned down way below spec)- I wouldn't want a cab any smaller than that. Does anybody have an opinion that they'd care to share on this model?

New Kobelco SK55 SR-X

Merry christmas to myself, from myself

Picked up my new SK55 SR-X last friday and im pretty happy with it.
Was looking in the 5-6ton (12,000lb) range for a long time and looked seriously at the hitachi and kubota, i already have a kubota u17 and very happy with it.

Just wondering if anyone else has one of these and if they're happy with it?
Main reason i went with the blue one is price, dealer support and the ease of the canopy set up. (I do a lot of pools and backyard work so getting the canopy off easily and quickly was a priority)

Looking forward to hearing others thoughts.

fuel problems

I'm working on a bobcat mt 50 mini loader,( I just got it) It barely wants to idle, It acts like it has water in fuel, I drain the tank and changed the filter, With fresh fuel and new filter it still acts the same. (I think all the air is bleed out of the system)
I noticed the fuel line is ran from the tank, to the fuel pump, to the filter, and then to the injector block, Is the correct? I would think it would run from the tank to the filter then to the fuel pump, pump to the injector block.
Help which way dose the fuel line need to be ran?

Takeuchi tb53fr canopy height

I just bought a 2005. I'm having it shipped. It has a canopy instead of a cab. Does anyone have the height of the canopy. All the specs online are for the cab which appears to be somewhat taller than the canopy version. Thanks, DBS
