I have a 2007 Takeuchi tb135 excavator with 2000 hours on it. I bought it with 1700 hours and did my work that I needed done right away and now I have a chance to fix a few things. The machine travels in a curve in high speed so I start with the basics and tension both crawlers to spec. ,no change. Next I raise machine up and mark both tracks and one side travels faster than the other, both sides show a difference when pushing the 2 speed button, one side not as much. Next I have local tractor mechanic check the pressure on all the pumps and all are in spec so we check pressures at the final drives and they are also in spec but one side has more flow on the case drain than the other side.(Forgot to mention that both finals are factory drives that came on the machine new so no different ratios ) Next I changed hydraulic fluid (aw46), filter, checked strainer and every thing is clean as new. Then I bite the bullet and put a new factory final drive on the slow side, when I get done I hit the button and it kicks into high speed , works great. THE PROBLEM SWITCHED TO THE OTHER SIDE !!!. I switched pump lines 1 and 2 and no change, I switched main relief valve lines , no change. I have went through the factory troubleshooting guide. Now what ?? Bobcat x337 Mini Excavator Fuel line replacement help
Machine suddenly stopped and was running fine for first time since dead of winter. I checked the lines where they attach to the tank, and see both lines (5/16 and 3/16) have whatever was on the inside of the tank broken off. What gets attached to each on the inside of the tank, and how do I "bleed" the line once replaced in order to get back up and running. I have pics of the top of tank and fuel filter area. Any help would really uplift my day like you have no idea. Hope for the best, as I am lost.

Grade bucket for a 331 bobcat

swing motor leaking?
Bobcat 335. Leaks hydraulic oil fairly bad. Only when swinging. Pulled swing motor and the area below the swing motor was filled with oil. Should the swing motor be sealed so that no hydraulic fluid goes down to the pinion bearing, or is there suppose to be a seal on the pinion shaft to retain hydraulic fluid? In other words should I be able to pull the swing motor and run it without it being bolted to the machine without oil going everywhere?

Volvo EC35 electrical gremlins
So long story, my grandfather in his 80's decided he wanted to be able to move dirt with something other than a shovel and wheel barrow and bought a used EC35 for him it worked well. He might of used it once every 6 months for a couple hours. He passed away this summer and I've ended up with the Volvo. I've used it a few times and its done OK. Yesterday I fired it up and drove it about 25-30 ft and started digging a small hole and the hydraulic boom lost all power, tracks and blade work fine.
I've read a few things on here and a couple other places that are stating that its a fairly common problem and generally the computer/display is the culprit. However at $3000 to replace is undoable for me. One gentlemen pondered if it would be possible to bypass the computer and install manual switches to engage the hydraulic systems and add gauges to monitor the engine functions? I have done zero trouble shooting at this point and that's next on my list but I really prefer manual controls/readouts to computer displays.

Mini Ex operation
I am very new to Mini Ex's and was wondering if there is a good place to do some reading on the proper operation of Mini Ex's. The do this not this type of stuff. I am not operating professionally (hope to at some point in the future) but want to keep learning and becoming a better operator and was looking for some information. Also any thought on the matter is greatly appreciated.

Kubota quick coupler to bobcat xchange coupler
We just made the switch from a bobcat E45 to a kubota U55. I am wondering if anyone has ever fabricated or purchased an adaptor to hook a kubota quick coupler up to bobcat Xchange attachment. we have a hammer, auger, and grading bucket that are all xchange mounts. Don't really want to replace all of these items!!

BOBCAT 328 hydraulic flashing pump sign & beeping at me
This (2004 BOBCAT 328) thing beeps at me as soon as I turn the key on. I checked for the codes available, showed "12-22". Seems to be auxiliary hydraulic related. If I can get it to work right, I might be looking to add a hydraulic thumb on it. It still works great, but I'd like to get this issue sorted out ASAP. I have been thinking of selling it. Any help would be appreciated.

IHI 35n Glow start system
Hi can anyone help with an electric issue? I have tested the relay and glow plug and it is all good, What it does when I turn the key on is energize the relay then 2 seconds later the relay clicks off. Thx Bob

Looking at buying a Kubota U35
Anyone have or run a Kubota U35-4? I'm looking at buying a used one with 200hrs. It will need to be shipped to me so trying it first is not an option. I have only had my bobcat 334 that it would be replacing. I like the speed and power of the bobcat. Would the Kubota compair to that? One thing that I have notice the Kubota has a little less reach and dig depth. Not worried about the dealers I have delt with both in the past.

Side to side swing play
I have a new to me 2010 35d that I got a pretty good deal on. It has 1502 hours, and is in good general condition with the exception of the bucket pins and what seems to be excessive side to side play of the swing motor/swing gear. There is no noticeable play up and down, and it swings smoothly in both directions with no jerks or pops. From reading posts on this forum after hours of searching, the only possible problem I can see is maybe the gear on the swing motor is worn. Is there any adjustment in the mounting of the swing motor? I am hesitant to start pulling things apart on a new purchase as we have tons of work and I need the machine on jobs. Thanks for any help!

I work with a small trail building/earthworks place in outback australia, and recently was tasked with looking at a new fleet of compact excavators, ranging in size from 1.7t to about 6t.
We have narrowed down the choices to Bobcat, Caterpillar, Kobelco, Kobuta, and Volvo. I have experience with Volvo, Cat and Bobcat and they all make awesome machines.
Anybody got any experience on these machines are the ups/downs of them? Thanks.

Hey guys, just picked up a '00 IHI 35J, she's got about 4,000hrs on the clock but seems to run quite well. What I'm asking about is the parts situation, and the reviews of the machine itself. I pick this one up the end of next week, and with a few quirks that need to be worked out, it seems to be a pretty good deal for $12K. The parts that I need are a main boom pin, possibly bushings, and bucket pin and bushings. Are these a part that are readily available, or is some searching going to have to be done? Also does IHI use a brand hydraulic pump commonly found over here in the states? thanks for your help guys!

Wiring Gremlins in pc45 r-8 Komatsu controls
Hey all. Been a while sense I've posted here. Want to thank you all in advance as their is a lot of smarts floating around here and I appreciate the help. The machine runs great. The guy we got it from was using it when all of a sudden he smelt smoke. I believe I have a "dead short" somewhere by the seat/controls as all the wiring is melted. All the "Hot" wires that is. I havent dug into it too deep as I'm on the hunt for a electrical schematic to get a good base before I just start digging in. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks all.

301.8 weak hydraulics
Hey guys, I've got a 301.8, 2002 model year. When the oil gets warmed up the hydraulics get weak. Seems to be all functions so all three pumps I guess. Any common issues before replacing pumps?
